Meet the Owner: Jessica Hunter Stinnett of 380 Boutique

Last Updated 10/21/2025Posted in Business Spotlight

When Jessica Hunter Stinnett launched 380 Boutique in 2018, it began as a small creative outlet for custom graphic tees. But what started as a side project quickly evolved into a full-fledged boutique dream — one that now reaches customers across the country.

Dresses have become her signature. Whether it’s casual or dressy, seasonal or classic, they’re always flying off the racks faster than she can hang them. Her knack for finding styles that make women feel confident and comfortable has built a loyal following that extends far beyond Lincoln County.

380 Boutique isn’t just local—it’s nationwide. Jessica’s team has shipped happy packages to all 50 states and most of Canada. And this fall, she’s taken the boutique on the road with a new hot pink mobile boutique trailer, bringing the 380 experience to shows and events throughout the region.

For Jessica, entrepreneurship is about freedom and connection. As a homeschooling mom, she cherishes being able to balance family life while running a business she loves. She enjoys meeting new people, forming friendships with customers, and creating a space where community and style meet.

Born and raised in Lincoln County, Jessica joined Main Street because she believes in its mission to help small businesses thrive. For her, Main Street represents pride, connection, and growth — the very heart of small-town living.
