BBQ is what they are famous for, but they can custom plan and work any menu to make your event all that you want. Recently they catered the Valentine's Spectacular Gala at the Manor at ShaeJo benefiting the non-profit organization, Always Endure.
On the menu: Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Glaze, Chicken Marsala, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Lemon Parmesan Asparagus, Glazed Carrots, Caesar Salad, Rolls, Cheesecake (variety), Tiramisu, and Tea

Why did you start this business?
2 Hicks with Sticks started out as 2 friends who hand-built their first BBQ pit and started competition cooking. Eventually, so many requests came in for meal planning that they quickly realized the need to expand into a catering business with the help of Tracy's wife Teresa.What is your most popular product?
Pork Sandwiches, Brisket Tacos, Smoked Meatloaf, their own bottled BBQ sauce, and their from scratch sides.What does the community mean to them?
Tracy and Teresa are very active and supportive in the community as part of Fayetteville Main Street, the Lions Club, and Relay for Life.
Tracy says, "Fayetteville is home, and the people of Lincoln County have been so good and supportive to us. We just love our town. As far as Main Street.... we agreed that everyone associated with Main Street works so hard to support and promote local and surrounding area businesses to see the value in our town of Fayetteville.....Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow."
