On 12/12/2024, our founders purchased what would become MODMAX — a bold step toward tackling the growing housing crisis facing families and everyday heroes in our communities.
From nurses and teachers to firefighters and police officers, MODMAX was built at its inception to give back to those who give so much of themselves.
We’re still in our early chapters — getting systems running, building our team, and laying the foundation (literally!) — but our vision is clear:
