Meet the Owner: Adrian Stinnett of Stinnett Services LLC

Last Updated 10/21/2025Posted in Business Spotlight

Meet Adrian Stinnett, owner of Stinnett Services LLC, your trusted local partner for land improvements, site preparation, and more right here in Lincoln County, Tennessee.

Adrian launched Stinnett Services in 2023, but his experience runs deep — more than 20 years of professional work and over 30 years total in the field, having grown up helping his father, a general contractor. It’s safe to say that land development and construction are in his blood.

A Passion for Transforming Land

Adrian’s favorite projects are recreational properties such as hunting land — places without a strict blueprint where creativity takes the lead. He enjoys helping property owners unlock the potential of their land, making it more accessible and enjoyable while enhancing its natural beauty.

A Personal Journey

Adrian has called Lincoln County home since 2012 after relocating from Alabama when his home was destroyed by a tornado. He found peace and purpose in the Mimosa community, where he’s built both a home and a life. This past summer brought even more joy when he married his wife, marking a new chapter both personally and professionally.

Building a Business with Purpose

Adrian started Stinnett Services to gain the freedom that comes with running his own business and to see his efforts directly reflected in his work. More than anything, he values helping others make the most of their land. Every project is an opportunity to make a lasting impact — one property at a time.

Why Main Street Fayetteville

Adrian joined Main Street Fayetteville to connect with the community, build meaningful relationships, and give back to the people who have supported him since the beginning. He believes in the importance of community involvement and the value of small businesses supporting one another.

Recent Projects

  • Fresh New Look: Cleared brush and built a new road around a pond, opening up the view and improving access.

  • Breaking Ground: Dug footers for a new home, laying the foundation for an exciting build.

  • Reclaimed Space: Cleared heavy brush to open up a property line and create more usable space.

  • From Raw Land to Ready-to-Build: Prepared a site and built a solid house pad, setting the stage for construction.

  • Clean Slate: Removed a collapsing barn, leaving behind wide-open views and room for new possibilities.

Helping You Build and Grow

Stinnett Services LLC is here to help with all your land improvements, repairs, and maintenance needs — from brush clearing to full site preparation. Whether it’s transforming your property, preparing for construction, or simply improving accessibility, Adrian and his team are ready to deliver results that last.
