Meet Trey Minor, owner of 3-M Services Lawn & Landscape, a family-run business proudly serving the community for over 90 years. Trey represents the third generation of lawn and landscape contractors in his family, continuing a tradition of excellence and dedication that has been growing strong for nearly a century.

For decades, 3-M Services has helped keep lawns beautiful and landscapes thriving across Fayetteville and surrounding counties. Trey continues that legacy with a modern approach — combining craftsmanship, creativity, and care in every project he and his team take on.
Fun Fact
Trey loves being out on the water and takes every chance he gets to spend time on the lake or river. He’s also looking forward to a new adventure — becoming a grandfather. With a grandson on the way, he’s excited to take on the role of “Poppop.”
What He Loves About the Work
Lawn care remains 3-M’s best-selling service, with more than 300 customers served each month. While Trey enjoys all aspects of the business, he has a special passion for hardscapes, creating patios, walkways, and outdoor spaces that bring beauty and function to clients’ properties. Though hardscapes are one of the toughest and most expensive parts of the business, Trey finds them the most rewarding.
Why He Joined Main Street
Trey joined Main Street Fayetteville to stay connected to the local business community and take part in efforts to make downtown even more beautiful. He believes in the importance of community involvement and wants to contribute to the growth and revitalization of the square.
