Meet the Members: Doug and Chastity Bradford of Kelso Creeks Christmas Tree Farm

Last Updated 11/19/2025Posted in Business Spotlight

Doug and Chastity Bradford are the husband-and-wife team behind Kelso Creeks Christmas Tree Farm, a veteran-owned, family-run business that has transformed a stretch of untouched Lincoln County woods into a cherished holiday tradition. What began as raw land is now a welcoming place where families gather each year to start the Christmas season together.

At Kelso Creeks, visitors can choose from you-cut Virginia Pines or pick from a selection of beautiful pre-cut Fraser and Douglas firs. The farm’s Christmas shop is filled with toys, handmade ornaments, décor, and seasonal goodies that make holiday shopping easy and meaningful.

The true charm of Kelso Creeks, however, comes from the experience itself. Guests enjoy wagon rides around the property, a warm campfire with s’mores, yard games for the kids, and a festive hot chocolate bar. Families may come for the tree, but they stay for the memories.

For Doug and Chastity, the best part of owning the farm is seeing the joy on families’ faces when they find “the one”—the tree that becomes the heart of their Christmas celebration.

They joined Fayetteville Main Street to build deeper community connections and share that the organization has helped them grow from newcomers into fully engaged members of the local business family. Mixers, networking opportunities, and Main Street’s strong support for small businesses have helped them feel right at home.
