Meet the Member: Crystal Guess, Executive Director of Junior’s House, CAC & CASA Program

Last Updated 12/3/2025Posted in Business Spotlight

Junior’s House has been serving Lincoln County’s most vulnerable children for more than two decades, and Executive Director Crystal Guess is at the heart of that mission. Under her leadership, Junior’s House provides free, comprehensive services for victims of child abuse, offering safety, support, and healing when families need it most.

Junior’s House delivers forensic interviews, evidence-based therapy, advocacy through the court system, and support for non-offending caregivers. Each year, they serve around 500 children in-house and reach more than 6,000 students through prevention and body safety programs in local schools.

Crystal says her favorite part of leading Junior’s House is meeting the people who stand behind their work. “Our community shows up,” she says. “Even though they may never meet the children we serve, they make sure they’re cared for. Whether it’s Christmas gifts, school supplies, or Easter baskets — they never forget them.”

Fun Fact About Crystal
She loves camping, including solo tent camping, enjoys attending plays, loves to read, and serves as the handler for Allin, the Junior’s House therapy dog.

How to Give on Giving Tuesday
Junior’s House relies on community support to ensure every service remains free of charge. You can give in several ways:

  • Donate online at www.juniorshousecac.org

  • Drop off or mail monetary donations

  • Provide unopened snacks, Capri Suns, and drinks for children visiting the center

Junior’s House joined Main Street to stay connected and raise awareness so no one in Lincoln County is left unaware of the support available. Crystal appreciates how Main Street uplifts both businesses and nonprofits across the community.

Junior’s House continues its mission to provide safety, hope, and healing for children and families — and your support helps make that possible.
