Culinary and Performing arts immersion

Two sessions:

9 am - 4 pm June 17th - 21st Dinner Theater June 22nd                                                                                                9 am - 4 pm July 8th - 12th Dinner Theater July 13th 

Camp day will consist of:

First half of day

• Kitchen Hygiene and cleanliness
• Identification of seasonings and spices
• Cooking and baking terms and techniques
• Hands on preparing of savory dishes and desserts
• Planning a menu
• Table set up, napkin folds
• Service basics and cleanup

Second half of day

• Song selection for solos and ensembles
• Vocal technique, mic technique
• Choreography
• Staging 
• Programming a great show

Ages 11 and up are welcome to enroll

$50 off for anyone who enrolls and pays before May 15th

All campers receive a professional apron

May Coppler from Manhattan School of music will be assistant director for show

Held at the beautiful Evergreen Gunter Hollow Event Center

A 12 minute drive out of town into the elegant hall in the lush woods of Gunter Hollow.

Campers will cook in a professional kitchen and rehearse in the huge hall with professional sound and a Steinway Grand piano! Guests at the Dinner Theater will enjoy an incredible meal and a wonderful show. There is ample parking.
